We source our Olive Wood Utensils from a family company based in South Tunisia, where the olives trees grow in abundance. They use degenerated and non-productive trees and turn them into functional kitchen utensils.
Each tree embodies its own grain pattern identity. Which offers each piece a unique characteristics. Olive wood is very dense and durable and doesn’t absorb flavours and aromas as much as other woods so it’s perfect for cooking.
