Return & Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We're happy to refund any products that have been damaged by postage. We do pack all our products ourselves and can assure that the product is as new prior to postage. 

Please note that our books and other products are handmade and any slight faults, leather changes, paper differences are part of the production process. These can not be claimed as damages.

If you are convinced your product is not up to standard please return it to Shed 4, 23 North Creek Rd, Ballina NSW 2478 for either a change over or re-reimbursement.

Please note: Goods purchased by you from Uscha over 3 weeks prior may be refused for claim.

That said we think you'll love our products!

All gift cards purchased online have a 12 month expiry date from date of purchase.

REFUND POLICY.

Uscha reserves the right to accept or deny any claim until the item is inspected by us. If on inspection of claim, item is found faulty or not to standard exchange of goods or refund will be provided.

Under no circumstances will loss or damage to property, physical injury, or financial loss be entertained.

Whilst all care is taken, Uscha does not accept liability for any negligence we may have caused.

DELIVERY POLICY

Uscha will deliver Australia wide. We can also deliver internationally on request. Please contact us for an international orders before placing your order to discuss your needs.

All packages sent within Australia will be sent via Australia Post. Expected standard delivery is 3 - 14 working days.

For the month of December we will be shipping all orders within 24hrs where possible.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by email uscha@uscha.com.au or by ph: 0438923224 within 3 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of Australia Post need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Australia Post branch for a claim to be filed.
 

We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 3 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.
